WAYS OF PAYMENT / CANCELLATIONS
Ways of payment: • Pre-payment
of 50% in 96 hours after the confirmation of the booking
and the other 50% in the check-in in the hotel.
Timelimit for cancellation or modification:
• Cancellations will be only accepted with a written
application by the client, until 21 days before the check
in. After this time, the cancellation fee will be the 100%
of the deposit of the reservation..
No Show:
• We will apply the "Cancellation Limit rule"
respecting the same period, that is, the 100% of the money
paid will be retained in all No Shows. |
