At the arriving
At the moment of arriving, everybody in the apartment will be given a bracelet which will be shown in all the restaurants and bars. This bracelet lets you free access to all the facilities of the hotel. Welcome Drink.

Meals
Breakfast - Buffet and served breakfast in the Restaurant from 7:00 to 10:00.
Lunch – Buffet and served lunch in the Restaurant from 12:30 to 15:00.
Dinner – Buffet and served dinner in the Restaurant from 19:00 to 22:00

Snacks & Sandwiches
The Snacks and Sandwiches are served in Bar Molhado in the swimming-pool and in the bar located in the Events Square from 10:00 to 12:00 / from 15:00 to 19:00.

Drinks
Drinks are served from 10:00 to 00:00. Customers in All Inclusive can consume the following drinks: water, soft drinks, beer, liqueurs and national drinks.
Imported drinks have got a discount of 50% on the value indicated in the carte.

Ice-cream
Ice-cream Nestlé is not included; they must be paid aside.
In All Inclusive you can enjoy ice-cream of different flavor.

From 00:00 all consumptions must be paid.
You will be able to have any drink or food not included in “All Inclusive” at a discount of 50% on the normal price during the period of operation of All Inclusive.

General comments for Clients “All Inclusive”
Your bracelet must be shown to the hotel employee when you want any service.
The normal thing is to demand one product per person
All products must be consumed in the same area where they had been acquired.
People under 18 are not allowed to drink alcoholic drinks.
Please, do not waste food and drink. You can demand it whenever you want.
We recommend our clients to wear appropriate clothes in the main meals.
Not all our clients go with “All Inclusive” so your bracelet is personal and untransferable. In case of deceiving your rights will be revoked.
All Inclusive finishes the day of Check out at 12:00.

Swimming-pools: It’s not allowed to dive in the swimming-pools
Towels: It’s not allowed to use the towels of the apartments in the swimming-pools. We have got swimming-pool towels available. Information in Reception.
Children: Parents are responsible for their children in the resort. We ask the parents to supervise their children or to ask our entertainment department for collaboration.
Damage to property: The management reserves the right to charge all the objects of the hotel damaged by our clients.
